Stephanie is a recruiter for Oxenham’s IT division. After spending 1 year in non-profit recruiting and 6 in for profit, she is excited to bring her strong background in full lifecycle recruiting to the team to help elevate individuals as well as companies in their growth. She is passionate about coaching people, motivating, and helping others find a career they thrive in. She leads with intentionality in her role as a recruiter as she sees the value of a meaningful career in connection with fulfillment and quality of life. Stephanie brings an upbeat spirit, strong communication, and a true passion for connecting with people on a deeper level to the Oxenham team. 

Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in Communication studies from the University of Washington. She currently lives in Des Moines, Iowa after relocating from the west coast where she grew up. She teaches spin classes and enjoys running, reading, rock climbing, yoga, and spending time with family. She travels back home to Montana and Washington to ski, hike, and take backpacking trips as often as possible. She is grateful for all the beauty life holds and finds joy in sharing it with others!
