Chase Lake
Chace is a recruiter for Oxenham’s IT Division. Before entering the recruitment industry, he worked in Commercial Insurance where he learned firsthand how essential integrity and trust is for every business relationship. Chace has a talent for listening first and speaking second, understanding that in order to serve the people he works with, he must know what their interests, motivations, and desires are. Chace is excited to bring this approach to the recruiting industry, to help his clients and candidates achieve their mission and goals.
Chace holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Sales from the University of Alabama. He resides in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with his wife and daughter. As an Alabamian should, Chace enjoys cheering on the Tide every Saturday but when they aren’t in action you can find him under par on the golf course.
