Tom Pagano
Co-founder and President, Mission Advantage
Tom Pagano is co-founder of The Oxenham Group and Lead of Mission Advantage (our executive search and recruiting practice serving nonprofits). Tom has spent the last decade working in philanthropy, nonprofit management and consulting with a variety of impactful organizations.
His vision for Mission Advantage is to connect high level talent with mission-based organizations to affect positive change in the world.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He was a contributing author to the book, Beautiful Hope and currently resides in New Jersey with his wife, Megan and their two children.
