Joe is a Recruiter for the Oxenham Group. After 8 years in the non-profit space, with 4 of them being full scale recruiting, Joe is excited to take his passion for helping individuals and companies thrive. Joe brings high energy, solid intuition, great people skills, and understanding of the recruiting process to the Oxenham Team.
He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Spanish from Benedictine College. He lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama with his wife and son. Joe enjoys engaging, forming, and mentoring the students at the University of Alabama and serves as an assistant coach on the rugby team. Joe enjoys working out, golfing, playing chess, audiobooks, and supporting his many sports teams.
