Paul Labas
Paul Labas has been working in the regulatory systems compliance space for about 25 years, embracing this career path right after the release of 21 CFR Part 11. Throughout his career, he worked with a number of large pharmaceutical companies, as well as smaller regulated organizations and industry consultancies. Paul has experience with all relevant aspects, including defining governing procedural frameworks, data integrity, risk-based approach to validation, cloud computing, vendor management, and hands-on practical implementations of FDA CSA principles.
Bill McGuckin
Bill has a proven track record of transforming teams and aligning top talent with organizational missions. He has spent much of his career building highly effective teams and mentoring future leaders. Prior to co-founding The Oxenham Group, Bill held leadership roles at top companies in the areas of Technology, Engineering, Compliance and Life Sciences.
